Do I need a developer?

Only to put one line of code on your site, and you can often do that yourself in your CMS. After that you make, change and measure everything yourself.

Does Flowkie work with my website?

Yes, as long as you can add a script to your site. Flowkie works on classic sites like WordPress, Shopify and Craft CMS, and on modern web apps that switch pages without reloading.

Will it slow down my site?

No. The script is small, loads in the background and decides in the browser what to show. It never holds up your page, and if anything goes wrong, your visitors won't notice.

What about privacy and the GDPR?

Flowkie sets no cookies, uses no visitor ID and only sends anonymous counts. In most cases that lets Flowkie run before consent as analytics measurement. Prefer to keep it behind your cookie banner? That takes one line. Privacy and technology

What is an AI action?

Every time Flowkie builds or changes something for you counts as one AI action. Analysing your brand style counts as five. Editing text in the preview is free.

What happens after the trial?

You try Flowkie for 14 days at Growth level, without payment details. Then you choose a plan. If you don't, your site is paused and your messages disappear. We keep your data for another 90 days.

Can I collect email addresses?

Not yet: messages don't have input fields. You can link to your own sign-up or contact page with a button, though, and measure how many visitors get there.

Can I manage several sites?

Yes. Each site has its own brand style, its own messages and its own plan. You switch between sites in one click and invite team members per site.
